Can you believe you can still get pho for £7.50 and everything on the menu is under £10 in Manchester? Lotus Stop is tucked away in the market inside Salford Shopping Centre, and it’s such a good place if you’re looking for somewhere affordable.
The pho broth is honestly one of the few I’ve had where I finished the whole bowl because it was just that good. You get a good amount of beef with the noodles too.
Their Vietnamese braised pork is also worth trying if you prefer something closer to a traditional braised pork flavour without being overly sweet. The portions are perfect for a quick lunch, especially at these prices.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re around the area!
