Earl Grey Basque Burnt Cheesecake Recipe

If you love earl grey, you have to try this 🍰
If you love the flavour of earl grey tea, you have to try this recipe. The creamy Basque burnt cheesecake and the hint of earl grey tea really complement each other.
I also added some cream and Biscoff as I think they fit perfectly with the cake, but this is optional of course, as the cake itself is already amazing as it is.

- 8Bake for 20-25 minutes at 230°C (fan).
- 9Let it cool down to room temperature in the tin, then put it in the fridge to set overnight.
Start this the day before you want to eat it, as the cake needs to set in the fridge overnight.
